We are absolutely delighted to announce that Cliftonville Golf Club has just emerged victorious in the Golf Ireland Senior Men’s Inter-Club competition. This remarkable achievement marks our very first Golf Ireland competition win in 39 years—a true testament to the dedication and talent within our club. Heartfelt congratulations go to team captain Karl Donaghy and his entire squad for their outstanding performance and commitment. This is a milestone in the club’s history, and we could not be more proud of our team’s exceptional accomplishment.

Friday 20th December 2024
During 2024, the Captain’s nominated charity was Action Cancer and today we donated a phenomenal £1,015 to the charity. Many thanks to everyone who donated and to our quizmaster David Donnelly. Pictured below is David, Hugh and Mark Irwin-Watson from Action Cancer.

Monday 16th December 2024
Another excellent effort for this year’s Christmas Food Drive. Cliftonville Golf Club participated along with Crusaders FC and Seaview Primary School with food donations and £165 in cash donated to the Salvation Army.

Friday 25th October 2024
Our vets had a get together to celebrate winning the Belfast & District Vets League trophy. Well done to team captain Albert Geehan and all his players. A fine looking bunch of athletes!

Great news! For the first time since its inception in 1993, Cliftonville Golf Club has won the Belfast & District Veterans League. Well done to all our Vets squad. Pictured below is Vets Captain Albert Geehan receiving the Shield from the Club Captain of Malone Golf Club:

Great news! Cliftonville Golf Club won the East Antrim League. This is our first mens-section trophy since 2009 so a great achievement. Congratulations to team captain Adrian McAuley and his whole squad of 33 players. Below is a photo of the winning team:

Friday 10th May 2024
In 2024 the golf club celebrated 100 years on the Westland Road. To mark the event, a commemorative book has been produced. The book costs £15 and is available in either the shop or behind the bar.
